How Atlas Production Group is Helping to “Build A Generation Of Strengths”

Every community in every part of the world is affected somehow by cancer. Across America, there are foundations such as the Susan G. Komen For The Cure, that help organize fundraising events to stamp out cancer – once and for all.

In the Raleigh area, our company has been blessed to have been asked to help produce the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure NC Triangle Event for the past two years – and again in 2013. This year the event was held June 9th, 2012 on the Meredith College Campus. Read more

Duty, Honor, Country – A Star Studded Celebration at Fort Bragg

On April 5th, 2012 a Special Forces Graduation and Statue Dedication Ceremony was held on the military base of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. In attendance were Ross Perot, a huge supporter of the Special Forces branches, and members of the Kennedy and Yarbrough family, and about 1000 members of the military and local community.

General William Yarborough, who in his retired life resided in Southern Pines, North Carolina, passed away in 2005. He was a veteran of three wars – WW II, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a highly decorated paratrooper and is considered by many one of the most imaginative, innovative combat leaders that America has ever produced. Read more

Art of the Auction is Picture-Perfect Again in 2012

On April 14, 2012 a live art auction was held at the NC Museum of Art to raise funds which will benefit Museum exhibitions and education programs.

The silent auction came to life with stunning works by artists from North Carolina and across the country. The fast-paced live auction featured exceptional works of art closed out a spectacular evening for hundreds of guests in attendance.

For the second year in a row, Atlas Production Group of Raleigh, NC was chosen to ensure the event was produced and delivered with world-class quality. The event was held at two locations within the museum – the museum walls housed the silent auction, while a huge outdoor tent was constructed for the live auction. Read more

Atlas Production Group Lights Up Nasher Museum for CHAT-Literally

On January 5th, 2012 Atlas Production Group received a phone call and was asked to bid on production of the CHAT (Collaboration: Humanities, Arts and Technology) Festival’s opening night event. The date of the occasion was February 6, 2012 – a mere 30 days away.

Atlas Production Group was awarded the bid and got to work immediately conducting planning meetings with CHAT representatives and local digital artist Bill Seaman. The “vision” was to feature Seaman’s images as a projection on two sides of Nasher Museum of Art– covering the entire building – as well as on a smaller building that stands adjacent to the museum on opening night. Audio Equipment, Staging, Lighting and Production Services for the Executive Office of Vice President

RALEIGH, NC, — January 22, 2010 — Atlas Production Group of Raleigh announced today that they provided audio equipment, lighting, and staging support for VP Joseph Biden at a press conference in Northern Georgia. VP Biden was there to announce a funding award from the $7.2 billion broadband stimulus program approved by Congress in February.
