Meet Our Team

Jamey Quinn

Managing Director

With over 30 years in AV and production, I bring experience, precision, and attention to detail to every project.

My goal is to make each event look and sound its best while keeping the process straightforward and stress-free for our clients.

Outside of Work: When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors, skiing in the winter, out on the lake in the summer, or playing a round of golf whenever I get the chance.

Garth Saunders

Executive Producer

My expertise lies in helping clients bring their vision to life through events that are visually striking, technically sound, and seamlessly executed. I love turning creative ideas into real experiences and making the process simple and stress-free for our clients. With over 30 years in the industry, I’ve learned how to really listen to what clients want and turn their goals into events that deliver exactly what they envisioned.

Outside of Work: I love spending time outdoors paddling local rivers and creeks, tinkering with my classic truck, and enjoying time with my family.

Heather Quinn

Business Manager

I handle the details that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From people to processes, I make sure the business side stays organized so our team can focus on creating exceptional events. Keeping things clear, efficient, and moving forward is what I do best.

Outside of Work: When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the pottery studio, on the golf course, or at home with a cup of tea, a good book, and our four cats.

Jonathan Partin

Producer

With over twelve years in event production, I specialize in audio engineering, lighting design, production management, and stage management. I’m known for my attention to detail and focus on efficiency, ensuring every part of a project fits seamlessly into place. What I love most about this industry is that every day brings something new. Each project offers fresh challenges and opportunities to grow. Overcoming those challenges and seeing everything come together is what drives me.

Outside of Work: I enjoy traveling and exploring the mountains of western North Carolina, especially whitewater rafting and tubing. I also love archery and spending time with family.

Ruby Castellanos

Producer

I’m a purpose-driven producer with a decade of experience turning client vision into reality. With a background in audio engineering and systems management, I focus on delivering seamless live and hybrid productions with precision and technical excellence. I bridge the gap between creative ideas and execution, helping clients stay informed and confident every step of the way.

Outside of Work: When I’m not on site, you can find me hiking, camping, or gardening. Most importantly, I serve as a Volunteer Guardian ad Litem, a privilege that allows me to advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard during critical times in their lives.

Henry Crowder

Operations Coordinator

With more than a decade in live event production, I focus on lighting, video, and event design, along with production coordination and management. There’s nothing like watching an event come together flawlessly and knowing every detail enhances the guest experience. I’m driven by the challenge of making each event its best, whatever it takes.

Jordan Wade

Technical Director

I’ve been in the audio and video industry since 2016, starting as a freelancer in theatre, recording, and television before joining APG in 2019 as an AV tech. Now as Technical Director, I’m known as the resident gear head who’s always eager to learn something new. I love using technology to elevate events and productions and bring creative ideas to life. I’m driven by problem solving, troubleshooting, and mastering every piece of gear that helps make our shows a success.

Outside of Work:My hobbies include playing guitar and videography, with a little photography mixed in. I enjoy helping with AV at my church and am a huge comic book fan and collector. My happy place is camping by the lake with my wife, Sam, and our two kids, Grayson and Ivy.

Drew Martin

Warehouse Manager

With over a decade in the industry and extensive experience in LED wall setup and rigging, I bring a strong technical foundation and 25 years of warehouse expertise to every project. What excites me most is seeing a client’s vision come to life. I’m always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every show runs smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of Work: I enjoy playing disc golf and have recently become a sneakerhead. I’ve built a growing collection of Jordans, seventeen pairs and counting.
